We invite you to participate in the 5th annual international scientific conference
related to the digital signature application problems PKI FORUM 2007.

| Section 4: | PKI applications in mobile systems (m-government, m-banking, m-commerce, m-vending, m-payments). |
| Section 5: | PKI by users – experience exchange. We welcome: PKI solutions producers, PKI services providers, PKI users. |

- State financial and credit institutions as well as commercial banks of the Russian Federation and electronic commercial platform;
- Russian enterprises of industry, energy, transport and connection;
- IT-producers and consumers associations;
- Leading telecommunication companies and system integrators;
- Leading companies and organizations that develop systems and means of information; security as well as companies working in information security area;
- PKI users;
- Experts specialized in the legal base of a digital signature;
- Experts specialized in an international law.
All participants of the conference will receive opportunity of a free visit to the 16th St. Petersburg International Security & Fire Exhibition "SFITEX 2007".

We would like to invite you and your specialists to participate in the conference and give a lecture during the conference.
The applications of the lectures will be accepted until 15 October 2007. Summary of proposed lecture should be submitted by e-mail in advance.
Participation conditions:
- registration form submission
(registration form available at www.efpe.eu – should be sent by e-mail or fax) - conference fee payment
(conference fee covers attending to all conference presentations and workshops, information materials, simultaneous translations, official dinner, coffee brakes as well as recreation package)
The participation fee (per person): 600 € (gross).
Applications submitted by October 15th 2007 (submitted registration form and paid conference fee) - 10% discount.
